Kristin Frailey

About Me

Kristin is from Illinois and completed her undergraduate degree in chemistry at Greenville University. She worked as a summer intern with Sapna Sarupria at Clemson University using molecular dynamic simulations to study misfolded proteins and later worked at the University of Washington in St. Louis in the Taghert lab exploring the genetics underlying circadian rhythms. 

 

Kristin joined the Newberry Lab in 2023 to study misfolded proteins involved in neurodegenerative diseases.
